ANA District Representative Program Serving ANA Club Members
The American Numismatic Association Clubs District Representative Program works directly with members and clubs to promote and expand the hobby through a variety of services. This initiative aims to strengthen communication between the Association and its member clubs and utilizes talented and enthusiastic District Representatives to achieve this goal. Your District Representative will be your conduit to the ANA.
ANA Club Membership connects you with more than 300 other coin clubs around the world. Your club gets the support it needs to advance the hobby, promote education, introduce young collectors to the hobby, and further explore the world of money, promote your events and have more fun.
Each state has several District Representatives to be available to attend club meetings and share a 15 minute presentation, set up an ANA booth at club shows, and to provide the latest ANA news and how it is promoting the hobby and providing increasing amount of numismatic education to the membership.
District Representatives will be reaching out to every club so please be sure the club contact name we have on file is correct. You can go to the club directory to check the clubs contact person and information. If it is not correct, please email me with the correct person’s name, phone number and email are all correct. You are also welcome to contact me if you are in Pennsylvania and Delaware to discuss a visit to your club (I will bring some ANA goodies). My presentation will last approximately 15 minutes. You are welcome to email me or call me at 610-676-6186. In the meantime, the representatives will be asking for a member contact who would like to be the club’s point of contact when it comes to ANA and hobby news.
Important note number 1. If your club is no longer an ANA member club, I also invite you to email me or call me at 610-675-6186. Club membership is very inexpensive – just $75 and in many cases, it is free as we discount the fee by $5.00 for each of your members who are ANA members. When I visit your club, I will extend an extremely favorable offer to your non-ANA members so you can bring the club fee down to $0.
Important note number 2. For those of you who are reading this and do not have a coin club in your area but know several fellow collectors who would like to start a club, please call me and I will assist you and give some helpful suggestions. You are welcome to call me even if you are not in PA or DE. I can assist you and also introduce you to your state District Representative.
Important note number 3. Are you actively involved in numismatics, been an ANA member, and have time to volunteer, you are welcome to contact me as we have some states that need additional representatives.
